In your opinion, what are the characteristics of a responsible dog breeder?
A responsible dog breeder has a passion, love, and mutual respect for their animals. A big part of our program is vetting potential clients to ensure they have secure, safe homes for our puppies and our staff stays available for our past and current clients for support with their pup.
What type of diet do you keep your dogs on throughout the year?
We rotate between high-quality kibble and raw.
How many times a day do you feed your dogs?
We feed the puppies (6 months and under) twice a day. The dogs that are older than six months are fed once a day. We also fast the older dogs once a week.
How do you keep your dogs in shape throughout the year?
We are located on a large property and have space for dogs to run and play. We also enjoy taking them swimming.

What advice does Hoggline TX have for any upcoming breeders?
Quality over quantity! Dog breeding takes 100% of your time to do it well and do it right. Also, always try to keep a stash of cash for emergencies.
What do you think is the most difficult thing for people in the bully game to overcome?
It takes time and attention to properly take care of the dogs and raise a healthy litter. The dog’s general health and maintenance are important, so make sure you find reliable and reputable vets that know the breed and take care of them well.
How do you think they can overcome this thing?
You can overcome the obstacles by re-investing in the dogs with proper, safe, and clean setups and sharing knowledge of good practices.
Who do you look up to in the bully game, and why?
Anyone that runs a clean, safe program and genuinely loves their bullys. I admire any kennel that treats its clients and business seriously—kennels like the Bully District and TruBulls, to name a couple.
Tell us about one of Hoggline TX main goals for 2022.
To expand and produce bigger, healthier dogs.
Describe how you would want things, in the bully breed Community, to be 10 years from now.
I would love to see love for the dogs and less drama surrounding the breeds—the more positive educated we can share and collaborate on, the better.
What separates Hoggline TX from the competition?
The size of our XLs, kennel setups, and excellent facility help my kennel stay competitive and maintain a safe environment for the dogs. In addition, our puppies and mothers get 24-hour attention and care from our kennel staff. This around the clock care keeps us involved, experienced, and available for new buyers, clients, and business inquires.
